Terms and Conditions
Welcome to InstaNameStyle. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of instanamestyle.tech (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The service
InstaNameStyle is a free tool that converts text you enter into stylised Unicode text that you can copy and paste. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to use the Site under the laws where you live. If you are under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), you may use the Site only with a parent or guardian’s permission.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site, or text styled with it, to:
- Break any law or the rights of others.
- Impersonate another person, brand or organisation, or mislead others about who you are.
- Harass, threaten, bully or abuse anyone, or post hateful, violent, sexually explicit or otherwise harmful content.
- Spam, scam or deceive others.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its servers.
- Click on advertisements artificially or encourage others to do so, or use bots or automated tools to generate traffic or ad impressions.
You are solely responsible for the text you create and where you use it.
4. Third-party platforms
Styled text may be restricted, altered or removed by Instagram, WhatsApp, games and other platforms. You are responsible for following the rules of any platform where you use it. We do not guarantee that any style will be accepted or displayed correctly on any app, website or device.
5. Intellectual property
The Site’s design, layout, code, graphics, text and branding are owned by or licensed to InstaNameStyle and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or build a competing product from them without written permission, except as the law allows.
The characters used in the generated styles are part of the Unicode standard and are not owned by us. The text you type and the output you copy belong to you, subject to the law and the rights of others.
Instagram, WhatsApp, Meta, Free Fire, Garena and other names are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to describe where text can be used. We are not affiliated with them.
6. Advertising and links
The Site is supported by advertising and may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse third-party content, products or services, and we are not responsible for them. Your dealings with advertisers or other third parties are between you and them.
7. Privacy
Our use of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability or non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. See also our Disclaimer.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstaNameStyle and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, accounts or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, including the suspension or restriction of any account on a third-party platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InstaNameStyle and its owner from claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
11. Copyright and content complaints
If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright or other rights, email instanamestyle.tech@gmail.com with the page address, a description of the material and your contact details. We will review it and take appropriate action.
12. Termination
We may restrict or block access to the Site for anyone who breaches these Terms or misuses the Site, at our discretion and without notice.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept them.
14. Governing law and severability
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Site operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
